The Ministry
Christ-centered healing spaces for women walking toward restoration.
Trauma Uncovered exists to help women uncover what pain has shaped, walk in truth, and experience restoration through Jesus Christ.
This ministry serves women who love God and desire deeper healing — not just encouragement, but transformation. Not just inspiration, but restoration.

What is Trauma Uncovered?
Trauma Uncovered is a Christ-centered healing and discipleship ministry created for women who are ready to look honestly at what pain has shaped and allow Jesus to meet them there.
This is not a therapy practice, and it is not a motivational space.
It is a ministry environment where Scripture, emotional honesty, identity, prayer, and Christ-centered community meet — so women are not only comforted, but changed.
We believe trauma is not only something that happened.
It is often something that continues shaping how we see God, ourselves, others, and the world.
Trauma Uncovered exists to walk women into Christ-centered restoration — where truth replaces survival, and healing reshapes identity.
How We Serve
Trauma Uncovered Curriculum Groups
We facilitate guided trauma healing groups using the Trauma Uncovered curriculum. These groups are offered in partnership with churches, nonprofit organizations, and community spaces where we are invited to serve.
These sessions create Christ-centered environments where women can begin uncovering what pain has shaped and walk through a biblical healing process in community.
Seasonal Private Healing Groups
Once a year, we host private, in-person Trauma Uncovered groups structured as a guided multi-week healing journey. These groups are offered in the spring, with additional seasonal sessions being developed.
These spaces are intentionally limited and prayerfully facilitated to allow women to engage the healing process with depth, support, and spiritual covering.
Online classes are currently in development.
Three-Day Workshops
We host three-day Trauma Uncovered workshops that present the core curriculum in an intensive format. These workshops are designed for churches, ministries, and organizations seeking to offer Christ-centered trauma healing spaces within a condensed timeframe.
Weekly Bible Study (English & Spanish)
We currently host a weekly Bible study in the Chicagoland area in both English and Spanish. These gatherings focus on Scripture, spiritual growth, and community, and often serve as an entry point into the heart of Trauma Uncovered.
Those interested in attending are encouraged to reach out for current details and location information.
Teaching & Media Ministry
Trauma Uncovered also serves women through ongoing teaching, encouragement, and healing-focused resources across our social media platforms, including YouTube.
We share teachings, exercises, reflections, and ministry content designed to support women between gatherings and extend the heart of the ministry beyond physical spaces.
Books & Resources
We are currently finalizing the Trauma Uncovered workbook, scheduled for release in late 2026. This resource is being developed to support both personal healing journeys and group discipleship environments.
Additional teaching materials and discipleship resources are also in development.
Who This Ministry is For
Trauma Uncovered is for women who:
• Love God but feel internally stuck
• Desire deeper healing, not surface faith
• Recognize patterns they no longer want to live from
• Carry pain from the past that still affects the present
• Are ready to pursue restoration in Christ-centered spaces
This ministry is not about having perfect words or a finished story.
It is about being willing.

What Makes This Ministry Different
Trauma Uncovered is:
• Christ-centered, not self-centered
• Healing-focused, not behavior-focused
• Scripture-anchored, not trend-driven
• Process-honoring, not performance-based
• Community-rooted, not isolation-oriented
We believe healing is sacred work.
And Jesus is not distant from it.
